I use them all the time. I've never had it happen to me. Usually they are frozen because some fraudulent activity id suspected. Maybe someone else has a different opinion, but they have always been fine for me.

I have a paypal premium account. I have not heard of them freezing accounts. But the problems arises when they have to send you the money to India. Then they charge a commission and you lose money on it. But it is probably the safest way to get money on the net. Most job offers insist that you have a paypal account.

They charge me too; they take a percentage of the money I receive. I'm not sure what the conversion rate is from US dollars to Rupees. You can search Google for coversion rates.

I have been using paypal for 5 or more years and I have never had any problems with the account, other than the fees. I hate how much of your money they take but there is nothing that can be done about that until there is a new payment processor that is accepted as widely.

I've been with paypal for over five years now and I've never had a problem with them. Any time I have sent them a support ticket they have always answered promptly and I've never experienced a problem sending or recieving money. I'm not from India, so I really can't help you a whole lot, I just know that I am very happy with them myself.

Paypal is so widely accepted that most people use only that. So despite the charges, we have few choices and it is easy to join. I am not too sure about any of the others - whethere they are secure or not and I am sure they all vharge their commission !!

I use paypal all the time. It works great for me. I have never had any problems, freezing or otherwise. I don't like the fees. But unfortunately there is little we can do about that. We just have to factor that into our costs.

I believe Xoom is also a good payment system. They charge $6.00 for every 100, which is about the standard rate and they seem to be able to reach some countries where Paypal does not go.
