How do you "borrow" someone's story? Isn't that fraud?

Stories are great but one of the problems with this industry is people telling "Big stories" that are highly exagerated. As a network marketer you have a responsibility to ensure you sell your opportunity sensibly. Most do, but some ruin the reputation of the industry by making out they went from rags to riches easily. It is important to stress in a positive way that this industry can open many doors and realise many dreams but it will require a lot of determination and very hard work.

After all it is in your interests to make sure the person knows whats involved because if they don't they will get frustrated and quit. Then this person will paint their bad experince of the network marketing industry to everyone they know.

True story and not fake testimony. Telling the real system and method someone has used to become successful in business will truly inspire me. Well, "no hidden agenda."

You guys are missing the point. It is a great story with undeniable proof that provides the foundation for a powerful sales system. If you are just getting started, it is difficult to create a powerful system because you don't have a track record or a convincing story.

In this case, it is critical to join up with a person that has a powerful system (story and proof) that you can plug into. Even better if that person can help you create a strong unique value proposition.

This is not just theory. Anyone that disagrees does not know what they are talking about. This may come across as dogmatic, but so be it. I have spent countless hours of testing and have proven it over and over again.

Stories but also a true passion for what you are speaking about. I have recently started building a success story in a field which I love, and because of that I am able to speak very passionately and honestly about it. Thanks for the great advice; just came across this forum and there is lots of great content and advice here!

I believe that every one has a story but main question would be success story... and only success people do have success stories
