What will all you new business owners networking your business have to offer your possible new reps in the comming months? Will it be how to purchase the best geneology or lead list? Maybe you can help congier up 100 people that everyone you bring in will need help with. All those wonderful ways of marketing that made you so successful last year. Oh, don't tell me. You got nothing to join, didn't even come close with those old wore out marketing ways? What will you do if by chance you get lucky and get a couple of new member's? Pass along those same old tactics that didn't work for you? That's right, they don't need to know that. You really need to get this done no matter what. Honesty is such an over whelming commodity sometimes. There's so much desire to learn, and pass it along. The leadership is so breath taking, I can't stand it. But what am I thinking, that's far and few between sometimes. It's better to be a poser and hope for the best. Ok, I know this is sounding jaded. But so many that are new to networking, and there are always people looking for an opportunity to make money, and all I can say is. I hope you won't take advantage of their emotions in these trying times, take the money and run, good luck to you, your on your own. People deserve better! You want to give everybody that comes on board a fair chance at building their business, if they succeed you succeed also. It only takes a few good reps in your downline to really build your business. So let's quit the hype and get real, and educate. You'll be so much better off in the long run. Being a salesman is not what you want to be, people do not like to be sold. Many networkers waste their time on this, my company does great, they have the best comp plan, and did I mention it's completely turn-key. Like any home business this is important, but that's what people hear from all the other's. What can you tell a prospect that will make them feel your different. You want them to feel the significance, and know that your on to something, and can sincerely teach them a useful marketing system. Something they can put to use right away, and doesn't take to much time away from you. People want to succeed, but you will first have to know how yourself! I agree people do deserve better, and being able to help people by educating them is the greatest tool ever. My main aim with my business is to help people like I myself has been helped. Also hoping to make money along the way. I really feel blessed that I have this opportunity and want to share it with others. It's teaching me so many skills that I should have known already but was to blind to see. I will be able to use my new skills in all areas of my life not just my business and I want to help others realise there's so much more to life thtan 1st thought. I hope this makes sense... |

I think home business's can be scary. No one wants to be scammed or lead a stray. We just want to find a safe and affordable way to earn either additional or all of our income from our house. I think the best idea is that nothing comes easy. So if it sounds too easy to be true - either you don't have all the facts - or it is a scam. When I signed up with my home business the first thing my mentor told me is that I will do alot of work before I see any benefits. Why? Because I am the advertiser, the marketer, and the boss. I'm new to it. I'll make mistakes. But somehow i have to get the word out there. I also don't want to tap the well close to home. So I'm trying to do my home business without bringing everyone I know into it first. If they want to GREAT - but I dont want them to feel like they have to.

You are right. You will make mistakes. That is how you learn. You just have to pay close attention to your mistakes, learn what you can from them, and then let it go. Those of us that have experienced a great deal of success, have also made a great deal of mistakes. Since you are stepping out, you are finally LIVING! |
