Default Quixtar~~formerly AmWay

Amway has been around for years, but they changed their name to Quixtar. The main problem I have with Quixtar is the fact that they don't let you market the product any way you choose. You can't market it through your own website like a lot of other opportunities allow you to do. This is bad news to me because we're are in the internet age where people are searching for new things and opportunities online everyday.

Is there anyone out there that has been sucked into Quixtar like myself?

Hi Brett, fortunately I managed to bypass the companies like Quixtar myself, but I was asked one time to write a piece comparing Quixtar with the company I'm affiliated with... if you're interested in reading it, let me know.

Hopefully, you're into something a little more productive now.

Thanks for your response Tula! I have learned from my mistakes, but I just want to try and help others before they get involved. The company you're with now...are they comparable to Quixtar?

Hi Brett,

No, the two companies are not comparable at all. I don't want to bad mouth any company, but suffice to say I'm truly thankful to be able to say that. Knowing my limitations in marketing, and the saturation issue that Amway/Quixtar distributors must deal with, I doubt I would have been near so successful as I have been with the company I'm in.

And by the way, Brett, nice of you to give people a head's up. It's so much nicer to learn from others mistakes than have to make them all ourselves!
