Default eBay emails come with your Username

If you do get emails from eBay, it is because
you are already a member so in any emails
they send you ensure that they address you
by your username.

Any emails saying "Dear eBay member" are
all phishing emails and if you clicked on the
link and logged in, your details have been
compromised.

If that has ever happened to you, quickly
change your passwords on eBay itself.

You know that has happened to me many times with my yahoo email account. I'll get an email from supposedly the yahoo administrators saying that I need to confirm my personal information with them including password, ss#, name, address, etc in order to continue using them This was BS. I've never done it and I still have my account in tact.

Thanks for the heads up Fendi!

I think this is popular with a lot of emails that come in~~people/scammers are trying to get personal information from you...don't get sucked into it people!!

Just look up internet email scams and see who's out there falsely trying to gain access to personal information.
