It is really hard to get scammed, especially for people who paid for registration fees. Would you think about quitting on venturing for online opportunities when you get scammed? Will you stop working via the Internet and find yourself a new income prospect?

I think it depends on the person who got scammed. If the person has a passion for the internet I don't think that person will quit easily. But if the person just tried an online venture just for curiosity's sake, then a big scam might change his mind and try other options. In my case, I won't quit.

It really depends on the type of online job you had ventured on. If ever I get scammed, I won't quit finding another reliable source of online income because I can do it at the comfort of our home and next to my family.

For me, it also depends on what kind of program I was in when I was scammed and how big the amount I lost. If I ever got scammed for a small amount I'd probably just look for other more reliable means of earning.

The net is similar with the real world, a lot of hustlers abound. I've been hustled a few times but I learned my lessons and didn't quit. Same with on-line jobs, I won't quit but just become wary and try other opportunities. |

Thank you for sharing your insights on this. There are a lot of scammers out there. Probably a bigger number than those sites that really pays. For me, there could be something out there that would work well for you. But if you would continue with online opportunities, I guess you need to take the scam experience as a lesson and do not repeat the same mistakes again.

I wouldn't give spammers the satisfaction of seeing me quit. I got scammed a few months ago. It wasn't a bad scam, and didn't cost me much, more of a bruised ego sort of thing. But I wouldn't quit because of it. I'd rather hang around and make their lives miserable.

If you learn from it, you'd be wiser the next time round... but quitting does not help yourself... Remember the times when you used to fall while trying to ride a bike? You don't kick the bike in frustration and walk away while i know some do...

I got scammed once for about $350 for an electronic assembly job that you do from your home. Then I decided if I was going to invest in any more opportunities it would be ones that I created for myself. Best Regards, Steve MacLellan |
