Default Real Estate infomercials

Has anyone ever ordered any of those 'make money from real estate with no money down' programs that they show on infomercials late at night. There are several out there. Are they for real? It looks interesting, but why would they give out the information out for 50 or 60 dollars if they could make millions themselves? Just wondered if there was any good information in it? Or if there was anyone out there that has actually purchased real estate with the info from one of these programs with little or no money?

If you Google the company you can find info on them. Make sure you go deep into the results. Also check scam website like the ripoff report. If they are in Utah most likely it's a scam. Utah is the scam capitol of the US.

I think with most of those products there is a 'system' you are supposed to use and they give these gleaming stories of wild success. What they did not show you were the failures. Most schemes are what you make of them. The intimation may be good but it probably is available for free somewhere else. They just packaged it up and made it look pretty.

You have to do your "do" diligence. If you don't check it out and it is a scam you'll lose money...if you check it out and find that it is a scam then you'll save money and learn something. Or you could find our it is the real seal and you could possibly make your financial dreams come true.

You always should do your homework before signing up for any make money program.

Most of these schemes seem to be too good to be true. They have excellent packaging as you said.
These schemes do not give you any info really worth paying for.
If you do want to do a real estate business go out and learn it. There is good money to be made in it, genuinely.
