Hi Guys,
I need your help and advise. I am currently turning a somewhat no good site I received into something good. According to the package that I purchased to start my home business they promise a free website. However I am not able to edit the site. I had to do the limited through the control panel.

The help that I now need is to add a link to my blog from my website. Now I already went ahead and add the link in a notation and it worked. However I was getting an error message. stating that site found with errors. Thus due to this error, a number of merchants from an affiliate site denied my application. Please advise the best way to add the link on my site to my blog.

Ques 2. I got admitted from a few of the merchants to include their links on my site. What they gave me are codes for the links. I went ahead and post the codes in my blog thinking that I when I view the blog as a visitor I would see the actual link. Well to my surprise, what greet me was the same code that I paste in edit. Thats not what I want. I would not like customers to see codes as links. They will be able to click on the codes and get access to the site. However its is very unattractive.

Could it be that wordpress will not allow links within a post. Please advise.
