Basically, you just answer your phone, and help the customer while using your computer. It's pretty easy work, and the pay can be really good. If you like talking on the phone, then you may be a good match for one of the companies listed below:

You can pick up a fairly inexpensive one at walmart for about $10. There are other requirements that vary per company, but these are the most popular ones that I can find.
