I am Paul's partner in www.money4action.com and some of you may know that I was the previous owner of talkkhomebusiness till Paul snatched it from me :P

I am going to explain how money4action works besides the contest here on THB.

The website basically offer its members money (in the form of points) to signup to sponsored offers (which you can see once you register and login) you begin the registration process with selecting your gift or your reward (which is money) and each reward needs a certain amount of points to get, the $200 reward for example required 200 points, and so on.

You can change your reward from your account control panel as well, offers are organized in categories, some offers will pay you 1 point or 0.5 a point (usually free offers like completing a survey or registering at a site) other offers will pay you up to 30 points ($30) and such offers usually require you to signup for a product trial or something.

Once you click on the banner for an offer your interested in, a new (Try it today) link will appear below it with a brief description of what is required from you to get the credit for this offer, once you complete the offer make sure to click the "I completed this offer" button so we get a notification that you have completed it.

And it gets even better you can make 10% of what other people you refer to the site make, you will find your referral link in your account control panel, send it to your friends and have them come and register on the website and get 10% of every dollar they make!
